Assist in the design, simulation, and validation of RF/analog front-end circuit blocks for wireless and satellite communications. Perform RF simulations, support layout reviews, and prepare technical documentation within a cross-functional team.
Currently pursuing an M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of RFIC design experience. Proficiency in tools like Cadence Virtuoso and ADS, along with a strong background in CMOS, SOI, or SiGe technologies is required.
