The role involves owning and maintaining network infrastructure, hardware, and software systems while administering Office 365. Key duties include providing end-user support, maintaining security policies, and collaborating on IT strategy and disaster recovery planning.
Candidates need 5+ years of IT experience in Windows environments and a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Preferred qualifications include MCP, MCSA, or MCSE certifications and familiarity with Epicor ERP and SQL Server.
