The Team Coordinator supports the Production Supervisor by managing daily shift activities and ensuring production goals are met. They are responsible for overseeing team performance, maintaining safety standards, and ensuring all production lines are operational.
Candidates must have at least one year of experience in a manufacturing environment and possess strong leadership skills. The role also requires the physical ability to lift 50lbs.
