The Director of Operations leads daily business operations across multiple locations to ensure alignment with strategic goals and long-term vision. This role focuses on improving efficiency, profitability, and employee engagement while partnering with the President and department leaders.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience, including executive-level operational management for organizations with 50+ employees. Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and managing geographically dispersed teams is required.

Position Summary
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Director of Operations to serve as a key member of our Executive Leadership Team. Reporting directly to the President, this role is responsible for leading the operational performance of the organization while ensuring alignment with the Company's strategic goals and long-term vision.
The Director of Operations oversees the day-to-day operations of the business, providing leadership across multiple office locations while partnering with department leaders to improve efficiency, profitability, employee engagement, and client satisfaction. This individual will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, organizational growth, and continuous improvement throughout the Company.
