The manager is responsible for scaling growth by developing innovative marketing methods and implementing sales strategies. This includes establishing productive referral relationships with healthcare organizations and senior living facilities to increase revenue.
Candidates should ideally hold a bachelor's degree and possess demonstrable experience in healthcare or home care sales management. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organizational skills are required to manage business development activities.

The Marketing & Sales Manager is responsible for developing new and innovative marketing methods and implementing proven sales strategies. This role's key objective is to scale growth. The focus of this position will be to create and maintain positive interaction with productive referral sources and the community at-large. The ideal candidate is an experienced Health Care Sales professional who can help us continue to grow. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial spirit and have an in-depth hands-on experience in marketing and sales development in home care.
