Lead finance operations and a team of three to manage financial accounting, payroll, tax, and treasury functions. Own the end-to-end month-end close process and maintain a strong control environment while partnering with the CFO on governance.
Requires a professional accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or ACCA) and demonstrated experience as a Financial Controller leading a team. Must have strong technical breadth in financial reporting and audit coordination, with the ability to operate independently in a contract setting.

THE ROLE
We're looking for an experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance operations on a fixed-term contract through to 31 March 2027. Reporting to the CFO and leading a team of three, you'll keep the team, systems and processes across Financial Accounting, AP, AR, Payroll and Tax running and optimised throughout the contract period. It's a hands-on leadership role spanning the full finance function — financial accounting, management accounting, treasury, AR, AP and payroll — ideal for a qualified accountant who can step in with minimal onboarding and own the integrity of our reporting and controls from the outset.
