The Retail Sales Associate will provide exceptional hospitality to guests while becoming an expert on the Shinola brand and product line. They are responsible for maintaining store cleanliness, managing inventory, and building long-term relationships with customers through meaningful outreach.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a passion for people and high-quality design. The role requires flexibility, adaptability, and the ability to learn new technologies such as Salesforce and Microsoft Teams.

Eligible employees can participate in a monthly bonus program if the store exceeds monthly sales volume targets. Eligibility is determined upon date of hire during the current fiscal month and cash bonus amounts dependent on job title and sales volume targets. Retail bonus details are available upon request.
