Performs administrative functions including processing consumer files, conducting assessments, and ensuring compliance with State and Federal regulations. Acts as the primary contact for consumers and their representatives while coordinating care and managing documentation.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience in the healthcare field. Must possess a valid Alaska Driver's License and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
