The Customer Service Specialist assists wholesale and retail customers by identifying their needs and recommending appropriate product solutions. They are also responsible for resolving customer concerns and maintaining high store standards while meeting sales goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the country, and fluent in both English and Spanish. A valid driver's license and the physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs are required.
