The Customer Service Specialist works with retail and wholesale customers to identify their needs and provide appropriate product solutions. They are also responsible for maintaining store visual standards and achieving sales goals.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old, possess a valid driver's license, and be able to lift up to 70 lbs. A high school diploma or GED and one year of relevant experience in retail or customer service are preferred.

Customer Service Specialists are also expected to promptly resolve any customer concerns and ensure maximum client satisfaction as well as stay up-to-date with product features and maintain the high quality and visual standards of the products and store.
