Lead and develop a high-performing dental team while overseeing day-to-day practice operations and workflow efficiencies. Focus on driving sustainable growth through KPI monitoring and ensuring an exceptional patient-first experience.
Requires at least 2 years of dental practice management experience with a proven track record of leading teams. Proficiency in dental software such as Dentrix or ClearDent and strong knowledge of insurance and treatment coordination are essential.

✔ 2+ years of Dental Practice Management experience
✔ Proven experience leading and developing successful teams
✔ Strong understanding of dental office operations, scheduling, insurance processes, treatment coordination, and patient care
✔ Experience managing KPIs, production goals, and practice growth initiatives
✔ Proficiency with dental software systems (Dentrix, ClearDent, Tracker, or similar)
✔ Exceptional leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
✔ Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and thrive in a fast-paced environment
✔ A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a genuine passion for people
