The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients while maintaining store merchandising and inventory standards. They are responsible for driving sales goals and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment for all shoppers.
Candidates should have previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a strong passion for beauty trends. Excellent communication skills and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are required for this role.
