The Beauty Advisor provides personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations to clients while maintaining store merchandising and inventory standards. They are responsible for driving sales goals and fostering an inclusive, welcoming environment for all customers.
Candidates should have previous experience in a retail, hospitality, or client-focused environment with a strong passion for beauty trends. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 pounds.
