Perform routine commercial cleaning tasks including dusting, disinfecting restrooms, and floor maintenance according to client checklists. Ensure facilities are secured upon departure and report any safety or maintenance issues to management.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid California driver's license, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Candidates must pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.

We are looking for a hard-working Janitorial Technician to join our field team. In this role, your
main tasks involve cleaning floors, washing walls, disposing of garbage, performing routine
maintenance, and inspecting the premises. You should have some janitorial experience or be
familiar with the safe use of sanitation products and equipment. Our ideal candidate is a team
player who takes pride in doing a good and thorough job for each client.

Scrubcan Inc. set out to tackle the growing health and environmental hazards posed by dirty residential trash containers and designed a state-of-the-art cleaning system using recycled water to clean and sanitize the containers while reclaiming the dirty water.
After a successful launch of Scrubcan’s residential product offering, the company focused on commercial cleaning opportunities. Our focus has shifted to building and scaling a vertically integrated commercial cleaning company to address the varied needs of our clients. In addition to its residential services, Scrubcan Inc provides janitorial, fleet, solar panel, commercial pressure washing, and disinfecting services every day throughout the Central Valley.

Qualifications:
The hourly range for this position at the start of employment is $18.00 - $20.00. Within this range, individual pay is determined by permissible non-discriminatory factors such as job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work availability, and internal equity considerations.
