The hourly rate pay for this position at Scotts/Hawthorne will generally fall between $21.00 - 21.00 per hour and is paid weekly. Scotts/Hawthorne will consider various factors in determining the actual pay including your skills, qualifications, experience, and geographical location.Company: Scotts Miracle-Gro

1st Shift: $21.00 / hour
2nd & 3rd Shifts: $22.00 / hour
Overtime (40+ hours): 1.5x regular pay rate
Sunday Shift: 2x regular pay rate
