In deze rol neem jij de lead in het verder laten groeien van de teams in Rotterdam. Door uitzonderlijk technologietalent aan te trekken draag je direct bij aan de toekomst en het succes van Schuberg Philis en help je het kantoor verder uitbouwen als een belangrijke hub binnen onze organisatie.
Recruitment bij Schuberg Philis draait niet om volume. Wij bouwen langdurige relaties met talent en investeren in het echt begrijpen van mensen, hun ambities en hun vak. Daarom doen we alle sourcing zelf, werken we intensief samen met onze engineers en leiders, en zoeken we continu naar manieren om de lat voor recruitment hoger te leggen.
