Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain civil engineering BIM models in Autodesk Revit
  
• Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, sections, and construction documentation
  
• Prepare reinforcement drawings and reinforcement detailing.
  
• Prepare bar bending schedule. 
  
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams
  
• Create site plans, grading plans, drainage layouts, and utility models
  
• Review project specifications and ensure compliance with standards
  
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist in project planning
  
• Update models based on design revisions and site changes.
  
• Support clash detection and BIM coordination activities
  
• Maintain project files and documentation standards
  

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit
  
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and civil drafting standards
  
• Understanding of BIM workflows and coordination
  
• Familiarity with civil engineering concepts such as foundations, floor beams, roads, grading, utilities, and drainage
  
• Good communication and teamwork skills
  
• Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
  
• Experience with BIM projects
  
• Knowledge of Auto desk Civil 3D is an advantage
  
• 3–8 years of relevant experience (varies by role)
