The Production Supervisor manages production employees to maximize productivity while ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and federal guidelines. Responsibilities include planning work schedules, monitoring machine performance, and utilizing ERP systems for data reporting.
Candidates should possess a minimum of an Associate's degree in Operations Management or equivalent experience. Preference is given to those with one to three years of supervisory experience in a food packaging environment and familiarity with GMP.

The Production Supervisor directly supervises production employees to maximize productivity on assigned shifts and areas. This includes planning, assigning and directing work, addressing product and employee complaints and resolving problems. This person carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s policies, OSHA regulations and applicable laws.
