The role involves managing the entire seed production cycle, including sowing, pollination, harvesting, and processing. Additionally, the employee will maintain facilities, apply phytosanitary treatments, and manage inventory at the Puebla de Vícar station.
Candidates must have previous experience in a seed company and possess a valid driver's license. A phytosanitary applicator license is required for specific chemical treatments.

¿Cuáles serían tus funciones?
Preparación y realización de siembras, conteo de germinación, etiquetado en campo, control de stock y organización de las cámaras de conservación de semillas.
Plantaciones, mantenimiento de cultivo, polinización, cosecha, evaluación de frutos, extracción, desinfección, secado y envasado de semillas.
Colecta de muestras para marcadores moleculares, apoyo en patología.
Limpieza de antesalas, preparación y desinfección de instalaciones, colocación de dobles techos, eliminación de cultivos.
Salida a ensayos externos.
Aplicación de tratamientos fitosanitarios, siempre y cuando tenga carnet de aplicador de productos fitosanitarios y acredite la formación correspondiente.
Manejo de llenadora de bandejas, sustratos, riegos y tratamientos en semillero.
