The Regional Sales Manager will develop and grow sales within the assigned territory by building strong customer relationships and providing technical support. They will also identify new business opportunities, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in the composites or industrial manufacturing industry, specifically with textile experience. A bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering is preferred, along with strong consultative sales and business development skills.

As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the Pacific Northwest and Canada, acting as both a trusted advisor and technical resource. You'll identify new business opportunities, strengthen existing customer relationships, and work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative composite solutions.

This is a fully remote position requiring approximately 70–75% travel, primarily throughout Canada with occasional travel within the United States. Candidates must also be available to travel to our corporate office in Huntersville, North Carolina, as business needs require.
