The Manufacturing Supervisor manages daily operations, personnel, and equipment to ensure production goals and safety protocols are met. They are responsible for distributing assignments, interpreting technical specifications, and providing performance evaluations for their team.
Candidates must have over 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment and previous experience managing associates. An associate degree in business or a related field is strongly preferred.
