The Paint Maker is responsible for setting up and operating machinery to mix solvents, resins, and pigments to ensure high-quality paint production. Key duties include monitoring equipment gauges, measuring chemicals, and regulating machine settings to maintain product consistency.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or chemical processing environment. Knowledge of industrial safety regulations and strong communication skills are required.

As our Paint Maker you’re there to assure product quality by setting up, operating, or tending machines to mix or blend materials, such as solvents, resins, pigments, latex, and other chemical additives in a safe, consistent, and efficient manner to ultimately provide paint to the customer.

Shift: 6am-6:15pm; 2-2-3 shift rotation (continuous operations schedule)
