Le Responsable Data & Analytics H/F France joue un rôle stratégique dans la transformation de RS France en une organisation pilotée par la donnée. Il/Elle définit la stratégie Data locale, veille à la disponibilité des données et des analyses nécessaires à la prise de décision et garantit l'alignement entre les priorités métiers de la filiale française et la stratégie Data du Groupe.
Manager de l'équipe Data France, il/elle est responsable de la priorisation des besoins, de la gestion de la demande, de la création de valeur métier par la donnée et de la bonne exécution des initiatives Data et Reporting. Il/Elle travaille en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Data du Groupe et le Chief Data & Analytics Officer (CDAO) afin de maximiser l'impact des investissements Data au service de la performance de l'entreprise.
