The Worship Associate supports the Worship Director in planning and leading Sunday and special services, including vocal and instrumental leadership. They provide primary oversight for the youth worship team, managing recruitment, training, and spiritual coaching for student musicians.
Candidates must have a mature commitment to the Christian faith and proficiency in vocals and guitar or piano. Experience leading congregational worship and managing volunteers, particularly younger musicians, is required.

Position Summary
The Worship Associate role is ideal for someone who is excited to help cultivate and strengthen a healthy worship culture across the church. This role supports the Worship Director and strengthens Redeemer West Side’s worship ministry across Sunday services, special services, and youth worship. This role exists to improve excellence in worship planning and execution and to provide day-to-day leadership in music, scheduling, rehearsal direction, volunteer development, and administrative coordination.
