The Retail Associate ensures a positive customer experience through friendly service, efficient register transactions, and maintaining store appearance. Responsibilities include merchandising new arrivals, performing cleaning tasks, and adhering to safety and loss prevention standards.
Candidates must be able to communicate effectively and perform basic mathematical calculations. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
COMPENSATION
The base pay range for this role is $16.90 - $17.40. The base pay range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.
