Responsible for supervising all store areas, managing non-exempt associates, and ensuring company standards are met in the absence of the Store Manager. Key duties include overseeing payroll, merchandise processing, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean shopping environment.
Requires two or more years of retail store or assistant manager experience with the ability to supervise and motivate staff. Candidates must be fluent in English and capable of working evenings, weekends, and performing physical tasks including lifting over 25 lbs.
