Responsible for supervising all store areas, managing non-exempt associates, and ensuring company standards are met in the absence of the Store Manager. Key duties include overseeing payroll, expense control, loss prevention, and maintaining a clean, shoppable environment.
Requires two or more years of retail store or assistant manager experience with the ability to motivate staff and handle multiple priorities. Candidates must be fluent in English and available to work evenings and weekends.
GENERAL PURPOSE:

In the absence of the Store Manager, the Assistant Manager is responsible for leading the entire operation of the Store to ensure that Company standards and best practices are consistently met.
