The Patient Greeter is responsible for welcoming patients, managing scheduling, and processing financial transactions. They also support the Team Leader in office organization and ensure a positive patient experience.
Candidates must have over 3 years of experience as a Patient Greeter in a dental environment and proficiency in MS Office. Strong communication skills and knowledge of CareStack are highly preferred.
As Patient Greeter, you will ensure patients are greeted with a warm welcome and provide exceptional patient experience. You will be responsible for working with patients to schedule future appointments, introduce membership plans, check-out patients, and support the Team Leader to be prepare for the next day.
Office Administration: Manage scheduling, organization, and patient experience with patients. Ensure the office is well-organized and supplies are stocked in the front office.
Client Relations: Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
Financial Management: Oversee financial transactions, and process payments.
