The role focuses on driving the Rockwell Operational Excellence (ROX) initiative through strategy planning and analysis. Key duties include managing productivity goals, leading continuous improvement projects, and fostering a Kaizen culture across the organization.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in continuous improvement and hold an Industrial Engineering degree or related discipline. A Green Belt or Black Belt certification is required, with SAP experience and advanced English preferred.
