Responsible for the preparation of starting solutions, API handling, and the GMP-compliant documentation of production processes. Duties include performing microbiological controls, cleaning complex production equipment, and updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Requires a completed three-year vocational training (e.g., Pharmakant, Chemikant, PTA, or CTA) and several years of relevant experience in pharmaceutical production. Candidates must have strong knowledge of GMP guidelines, technical understanding of machinery, and willingness to work in a shift system.

Wertströme
Mit der Organisation in Wertströme konzentrieren wir uns auf die wesentlichen, wertschöpfenden Tätigkeiten. Neben der Verringerung von doppelt oder unnötig durchgeführter Arbeit steht die Verbesserung von Schnittstellen und Prozessen zwischen den beteiligten Organisationseinheiten im Vordergrund.
Als Facharbeiter Ansatz/API Handling (m/w/d) bist Du für die Ansatzherstellung und API Handling, Durchführung und GMP-gerechte Dokumentation von Prozessen, Unterstützung von technischen Wartungen und Crossfunktionale Zusammenarbeit im Wertstrom verantwortlich.
Du bist für die Herstellung von Anatzlösungen zuständig. Ebenso unterstützt du beim Auftau und Einfrierprozess.
Du führst mikrobiologische Umgebungskontrollen durch und bist verantwortlich für die Störungsbeseitigung auch von schwierigen Störungen
Ein wichtiger Bestandteil Deiner Aufgabe besteht zudem in der GMP-gerechten Dokumentation und Kontrolle der durchgeführten Arbeiten in Herstellprotokollen (zukünftig elektronisch), elektronischen Logbüchern sowie Belegbüchern etc.
Im Rahmen der Arbeitsvorbereitung reinigst, desinfizierst und sterilisierst Du komplexe Produktionsanlagen und Kleinteile
Du bist für die kontinuierliche Pflege und Aktualisierung von SOPs im Arbeitsbereich zuständig und unterstützen bei der Erstellung von GMP-Dokumenten (SOPs, Formulare)
Darüber hinaus engagierst Du dich im Rahmen unseres KVP-Prozesses zur Verbesserung unsere Arbeitsabläufe
Als Facharbeiter Ansatz/API Handling hast du eine dreijährige Ausbildung erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Deine mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Produktion zeichnet Dich aus.
Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Dokumentationsarbeiten und der Umgang mit den gängigen DV-Anwendungen (u.a. MS Office, MES, Unilab) sind für Dich selbstverständlich
Du verfügst über ein ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis zur Bedienung von Maschinen und besitzt sehr gute Anlagenkenntnisse
Zudem arbeitest Du gerne im Team und überzeugst durch deine zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
Fähigkeit und Offenheit, die Chancen und die Vorteile von Veränderungen zu erkennen und das Warum zu vermitteln
Du begegnest allen Mitarbeitenden offen mit Respekt und Wertschätzung
Es besteht die Bereitschaft, in flexiblen Arbeitszeitmodellen (ggf. auch an Samstagen) eingesetzt zu werden. Darüber hinaus bist Du bereit, in Schichtsystemen mit Früh/Spät/Nacht zu arbeiten. Bei der Schichtplanung ist uns Deine Gesundheit wichtig und wir achten ebenso auf faire Zulagen
