Under the guidance of a seasoned professional with over 23 years of industry expertise, you will develop essential skills and knowledge to build a successful career in HVAC. This full-time position offers excellent growth opportunities and the potential for increased earnings within just a few months.
- Assist experienced technicians in installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems
- Learn to read and interpret technical diagrams and blueprints
- Support the preparation of job sites, including gathering tools and materials
- Follow safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
- Develop technical skills through on-the-job training and mentorship
- Strong interest in learning the HVAC trade and working in a hands-on environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and climbing
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in construction or technical fields is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required
