What You'll Do:

• Use Syteline ERP to analyze requirements and prepare and issue purchase orders for "buy" and "make" items in line with production schedules
• Plan and execute procurement activities in support of cost, quality, and delivery targets
• Build and manage supplier relationships; negotiate pricing, contracts, lead times, and terms
• Work closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Quality on pricing, availability, material flow, and purchasing-related issues
• Resolve supplier concerns involving price, quality, delivery, availability, or invoices
• Monitor supplier performance, supply-chain risks, and opportunities; identify alternate sources and recommend improvements
• Support cost, lead-time, and inventory-reduction efforts through analysis and continuous improvement

What We Need:

• Strong computer skills are essential, including demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Prior hands-on experience using Syteline ERP is strongly preferred
• A minimum of three years of purchasing experience or three years of employment at Riverhawk in good standing is required
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills, with the ability to manage changing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments and with suppliers
• Associate's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred.
• General understanding of ISO 9001 and Riverhawk's Quality Policy

What You Get: Riverhawk Company offers a competitive pay and benefit package for their employees. Below is a general outline of our package:

• Pay range - $25-27.00/hr (please note that this range will vary based upon factors including, but not limited to, prior experience, knowledge, skill and education as they relate to the position's qualifications)
• 96 hours of PTO and an additional 56 hours of Paid Sick Leave annually for new hires, with additional PTO added after five years of service
