The Pool Concierge provides exceptional hospitality to members and guests while ensuring a safe and welcoming poolside environment. Key duties include enforcing club policies, maintaining amenity cleanliness, and assisting the Food & Beverage team as needed.
Candidates should have prior hospitality or concierge experience and the ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Must be available for weekend and statutory holiday shifts and capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

The Richmond Country Club (RCC) is recruiting an Hourly Part-time Pool Concierge to join our Member Services team and reports to the Director, Member Services. The Pool Concierge is responsible for delivering exceptional hospitality to members and their guests at the pool area. This role focuses on ensuring a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment by enforcing pool and club policies, maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of poolside amenities, and providing attentive service to enhance the overall member experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, yet firm, professional, proactive, and attentive to detail. This personnel functions within the Member Services team, and also assists the Food & Beverage team as required.
We need an individual who possesses integrity and accountability to ensure that Richmond Country Club's professional standards are met with kindness.
