Requires intermediate to advanced skiing or snowboarding ability to perform field operations in winter weather. Must have expert knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, networking principles, and data backup systems.

The ideal candidate will be a positive, outgoing and self-motivated individual well versed in a broad range of Information Technology disciplines. This position will include providing desktop and application support, and working on major IT projects, as assigned. An excellent verbal and written communicator, the successful candidate will work with other members of the Information Technology team to support and maintain the technologies at the Lake Louise Ski Resort.
40 hours / week, flexible scheduling
Shifts will include most holidays and weekends and may include evenings and/or nights as required.

With over 4200 skiable acres, Lake Louise is one of the largest ski areas in North America. The unique layout allows families and groups of varying abilities to ski together; there are beginner, intermediate and expert runs down from every chair. Beginners and intermediate skiers have access to an abundance of gentle slopes and long cruising runs. Experts can explore endless chutes, glades, gullies and remote bowls in some of the Rockies' most challenging terrain.
