The PVC Loader is responsible for hanging parts on the PVC line while ensuring they meet internal quality expectations and production goals. Duties include identifying parts via prints, checking for defects, and assisting team members with moving heavy materials.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and the ability to repetitively lift 50 pounds while standing for long periods. Reliability and flexibility to work up to 10-hour shifts for several months are required.

Hours: M-F, 5:00 A.M.-1:30 P.M.

The target hourly range is $18.50 - $20.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.
In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity. Additionally, for eligible full-time employees, we offer a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability benefits; paid time off and paid holidays; 401(k) retirement plan and employee stock ownership plan.
