The Supervisor, Materials Planning provides strategic direction and support to the Material Planning Department to coordinate the flow of purchased components. This role ensures material availability for production areas while maintaining inventory at the lowest possible levels.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field and possess at least 5 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, Lean Manufacturing, and strong leadership capabilities are required for this position.

This position will support Rheem North America, based in Fort Smith, AR. This is an on-site position.
