The role involves monitoring and responding to IT tickets, managing hardware procurement, and maintaining asset management platforms. Additionally, the specialist supports store openings, closures, and provides on-call service on a rostered basis.
Candidates need 6-12 months of IT support experience, proficiency in Office 365 administration, and experience with ERP application support. A valid Australian driver's license and access to a car are required for travel.
