The Store Manager is responsible for achieving business targets through operational and commercial excellence. Key duties include managing store performance, leading the team to deliver personalized customer service, and overseeing stock control and merchandising.
Candidates should have previous retail management experience in a similar sized operation with a proven track record of increasing business performance. Strong skills in visual merchandising, people management, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced luxury environment are required.
