Your seat at the table: Customer/Dealer Support Specialist
You will love this seat if you get, want, and have the capacity to:
Respond to Customers/Dealers Inquiries: Provides a positive customer experience with each interaction. Receives, research and answers customer lead inquiries, service issues, product information inquiries, and orders.
Capture Warranty Data: Enters customer orders for product and replacement parts and accessories, enter customer orders for returned merchandise and authorizes refunds, as necessary.
Resolve Shipping & Order Status Issues: Requests payments from customers regarding outstanding invoices i.e., freight & shipping charges, Performs outbound calls to customers regarding ship dates, refunds, payments and product delivery or service of product. Enter orders from customer/sales staff as required for backup.
Manage Escalation Situations
User Testing: Perform additional duties and projects as requested.

Requirements
High School graduate
2-5 years customer service experience
Servicing B2B dealer experience preferred
Warranty experience preferred
Detail orientated
Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
Experience with Zendesk, Zoom, and Teams is a plus, but not required, we value quick learners.
Tech-savvy, adaptable, and able to pick up new tools with minimal guidance
