Responsible for cooking and preparing food for large groups according to standardized recipes and production guidelines. Ensures strict adherence to food safety, sanitation procedures, and the proper operation of kitchen equipment.
Requires a high school diploma, a valid Food Handler's Card, and a current Arizona Driver's License. Candidates must have prior experience as a cook and the ability to pass a road test for cargo van operation.

The Cook should safely handle knives and equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, broilers, etc.
