The role involves steering group performance through shareholder reporting and controlling purchasing and material costs. Key duties include preparing financial reports, monitoring raw material price developments, and supporting budgeting and strategic planning.
Requires a degree in Business, Finance, or Economics with over 5 years of experience in controlling or FP&A, preferably in manufacturing. Fluency in both English and Italian is mandatory.

The Group is looking for a Senior Controller to join its Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Department. Reporting directly to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, the successful candidate will play a key role in steering group performance, with particular ownership of shareholder reporting and purchasing/material cost controlling.

Salary range for the position: €45.000 - €65.000 (the salary will be commensurate with the experience, with the seniority and the business context of the candidate)
