The Chief of Staff will drive key initiatives by shaping go-to-market strategies and coordinating between engineering, AI research, and business teams. They will also manage investor communications, analyze data, and handle operational gaps to ensure company priorities move quickly.
Candidates need 5+ years of experience in finance, consulting, or operations at an early-stage startup, with a STEM degree preferred. Strong analytical skills and SQL knowledge are desired, along with the ability to communicate confidently with investors and partners.

We’re looking for a resourceful, motivated Chief of Staff to work directly with our founders, engineers, and researchers to drive key initiatives across the company. This is an early-stage startup role—you’ll wear many hats, from shaping go-to-market strategy to supporting product development and even rolling up your sleeves for scrappy operational tasks. If you thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and want to help build a company from the ground up, we’d love to meet you.
5+ years’ experience in finance, consulting, or operations at an early-stage startup
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; SQL knowledge preferred (or willingness to learn quickly)
STEM degree preferred
Passion for the possibilities of AI to solve meaningful problems
Excellent communication skills; confident with investors, partners, and clients
Highly organized, scrappy, and energized by working across disciplines with engineers, AI researchers, and leadership
💰 Cash compensation range: $155,000 - $235,000
