The Section Manager oversees all control and yard operations at the National Hub, ensuring performance targets and operational efficiency are met. They are responsible for managing unit managers, implementing strategic objectives, and maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Candidates must possess a post-secondary qualification in business and 3-5 years of management experience, specifically leading front-line managers in warehouse operations. Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills are required, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Lean methodologies.

The Section Manager manages the entire Control and Yard Operations of the National Hub Ontario. The Section Manager is responsible for ensuring the department achieves their targets while also ensuring necessary planning and budgeting takes place in order to improve the effectiveness and efficiency in the future.
Language Requirement: Proficiency in English is required for this position due to the frequent communications that must be conducted in English with various stakeholders. This requirement is justified by the nature of the responsibilities and operational needs.
