The Associate Director manages the day-to-day functional needs of clients and provides leadership and direction to the Strategy team. This includes overseeing media strategy, budget allocation, and coordinating cross-functional deliverables to meet client goals.
Candidates need 5+ years of media planning experience, including at least 2 years in HCP media strategy and 2 years of management experience. Strong communication skills and a proven ability to manage multiple accounts and challenging client situations are required.
