The Commercial Management Team (CMT) within Publicis Media plays an important role in the success of New Business and Agency commercials. This central team is responsible for establishing commercial strategies, value offers and contracts that drive value. Responsible for developing commercials for staffing and remuneration, tools and technology, and performance incentive plans. We are seeking a driven individual, with a background in Media, Retail Media, Creative, Production, PR or CRM.
A healthy knowledge of strategy, investment, or finance is essential. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong commercial judgment, financial rigor, and leadership instincts. You’ll take full responsibility for critical workstreams. You will collaborate closely with senior colleagues across Publicis Groupe. You will support enhancing the quality of proposals and team results.
This position offers an unmatched opportunity to work closely with agency leadership, and across all agency brands, to inform commercial decision-making and drive success. The ideal candidate has worked in a strategic capacity, is collaborative within a team environment and has a proven record of problem solving and implementing workflow processes.
