The role is for a senior, client-facing leader responsible for shaping and scaling social-first brand ecosystems. This is not a traditional creative role. It is for someone who lives and breathes social, where culture is not something you research, but something you actively participate in, and content is not an output, but a way of thinking. Someone who understands platforms instinctively, speaks the language of business fluently, and can confidently lead/challenge clients and teams into new ways of working in social.
You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, connecting brand ambition to culture, content, creators, communities, and performance—while building long-term partnerships and sustainable growth for the agency.
