The Associate Director of Data Engineering will develop and support a data-driven software platform, focusing on scalable ETL design and 3rd party API integration. They will collaborate with product owners to optimize backend systems for performance and reliability within an agile environment.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and over 10 years of experience with SQL, Python, and scalable ETL pipelines. Proficiency in Spark, Airflow or Dagster, and RESTful APIs is required.

As a Data Engineer, you will develop and deliver solutions that enable our agency teams to win in a very competitive marketplace. The right candidate will be somebody who is motivated to get it done, loves to continually learn and builds software applying modern technologies and strong engineering practices.
Our team is looking for a high-performing Associate Director, Data Engineering who will be responsible for the development, implementation and ongoing support of a data driven software platform. The candidate must be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a commitment to quality and professionalism. In addition, a strong background in the following areas will significantly improve the candidate's ability to get going quickly:

Compensation Range: USD $112,290- $179,712 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
