The Load Planner is responsible for planning and executing cost-effective outbound freight shipments to meet customer expectations. This includes coordinating with brokers, managing inventory allocation, and collaborating with Sales and Operations to ensure supply chain efficiency.
Candidates need 2-3 years of experience in transportation or logistics and a working knowledge of U.S. freight routing and DOT regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, TMS, and WMS platforms is required.

We are seeking a highly organized and driven Load Planner to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, optimizing, and executing outbound freight to consistently meet—and exceed—customer expectations.
This is a fast-paced, high-impact position where priorities can shift quickly. Success requires strong decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to manage multiple workflows simultaneously. As a key partner to Sales, Operations, and external carriers, you will play a critical role in maintaining service excellence, inventory accuracy, and overall supply chain efficiency.
