Data and AI (DnAI) organization in PGC focuses on creating intelligent products within Providence and provides unique opportunities in Product Development, Product Design, Data Engineering, Operations, Data Science, BI Reporting and Data Analytics on cloud stack. We are a group of professionals who work towards empowering stakeholders with insights that improve patient and caregiver experience

At DnAI, the discipline of Product Management is built around defining a clear, value-based product strategy and creating and managing a healthy roadmap, requiring team to work at the intersection of business, market and sector needs, technology and data analytics, customer and user expectations/ desires.

Job Requisition

We are seeking a seasoned Physician passionate about applying clinical expertise to build high‑impact healthcare analytics and AI‑driven solutions. This role focuses on reducing clinical abstraction burden and unlocking actionable insights that meaningfully improve care outcomes.This is a unique opportunity to directly influence how healthcare data and intelligence are used to improve efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes at scale.This role will shape contemporary healthcare solutions leveraging data and AI advances. The ideal candidate translates real‑world provider challenges into scalable analytics, partners closely with engineering and data science teams, and influences product strategy to ensure solutions are clinically grounded, compliant, and outcome‑driven. 

Job Description

We're looking for an innovative and motivated Clinical Product Manager who will manage the multi-team development and operational delivery of portfolio of clinically valuable data products by working towards a data product vision that empowers caregivers with insights, understanding business requirements, managing changes, removing roadblocks, and communicating broadly with multiple functional groups and stakeholders.

 

The PM will oversee the ideation, planning and execution of the products and services, leveraging best-in class technology and systems; includes cloud computing, big data, mobile, data science, and modern software development methodologies and frameworks. He/She will partner with stakeholders across the business and product teams. The individual will be responsible for

 

  • Provide thought and execution leadership to incubate and ship clinical data products
  • Working with clinical users/customers and partners to shape clinically valuable product/platform vision and goals
  • Provide clinical insights during research, hypothesis and discovery phase for ideation and product development
  • Provide clinical knowledge during the R&D phase to data analytics and engineering teams during product development to curate MVP and ensure product performance meets intended uses.
  • Provide leadership for clinical verification and validation of new products, features, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Working with engineers and architects as a bridge to translate clinical product requirements into business requirements to curate technical capabilities, features and technology required to meet the business requirements
  • Formulating US healthcare governance and compliance requirements in the context of product being developed
  • Understanding US healthcare trends and patterns, care models evolution and impacts to product roadmaps and plan for integration of relevant patterns into product roadmaps
  • Articulating features to customers to evangelize products and drive adoption
  • Feature prioritization and road map planning
  • Running design sprints & and user testing
  • Defining and tracking success metrics
  • Exploring new ways of improving existing services and products
  • Collaborating with and mentoring other product managers and product owners


Detailed Responsibilities

  • Envision products, create product roadmaps and ensure successful product increment launches by working with diverse stakeholders
  • Owning the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the technical/data products, and be able to work autonomously
  • Translating problem, data & user research into developing innovative features & solutions.
  • Working nimbly across multiple projects, with fast-paced iterative product development cycles.
  • Setting priorities and managing any conflicts in priorities with stakeholders
  • Working with cross-functional teams to deliver a complete customer experience and make product release management successful.
  • Impressive verbal communication and presentation skills and at ease with business as well as technical audiences.
  • Articulating clear and concise product related documentation as well as general business communications.
  • Provide regular updates to leadership, escalating items when needed but with presence and relationships to identify and resolve most issues independently
  • Knowledgeably and successfully present our strategy, roadmap and current progress /actions to senior executive audiences inside the company
  • Foster, facilitate, and furnish, timely decision-making across a broad network of stakeholders, delivery partners, and operational teams.
  • Collaborate with security, architecture, engineering, quality, support, experience, program, and infrastructure partners in coordinating delivery of complex, multi-year initiatives
  • Accountability for team integrity, product excellence, decision making, delivery estimates and roadmaps and project outcomes.
  • The position is based in Hyderabad and requires flexible work shift schedule to accommodate North American time zone meetings.

 

Experience and Skills

 

  • MBBS or equivalent degree for clinical accreditation  
  • 6+ years of Clinical experience
  • 6+ years of clinical solutions design experience, with 3+ years of active product management experience especially in curating clinically-anchored solutions and products.
  • Deep experience working with clinical technology products planning and implementation for problem scenarios in healthcare and life science domain is a critical capability.
  • Ability to operate in a startup mode, structure ambiguous, open-ended problems & analyzing data to discover user needs, most valuable use cases and curating product related insights.

 

Desired Skills/Experience

  • Experience in advanced engineering and design of modern cloud product development
  • Certifications in Product Management/Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience in User research, UX Prototyping.
  • Familiarity with modern solution stacks, frameworks
  • Working knowledge of HIPAA/Data Governance & Privacy would be considered a bonus.
  • Knowledge of US healthcare delivery models in will be considered a bonus
