The Opportunity
As the Product Delivery Manager at Propel Health AI, you will sit at the intersection of product and delivery, owning the path from a customer's problem to a working solution that ships. This is deliberately not a traditional product role, and it is not a traditional project role. It is for someone who is equally comfortable shaping what we build and driving how it gets delivered.
You will embed with our enterprise customers to understand their workflows in depth, gather and pressure-test requirements, then work shoulder to shoulder with engineering and product to prototype solutions quickly. You will also own delivery end to end, coordinating the client-side commitments and internal work that turn a prototype into a deployed outcome. Expect high autonomy, direct customer contact, and a real say in how the platform evolves.
Propel Health AI is an end-to-end healthcare data and AI platform designed to make real-world patient data accessible and actionable. We help healthcare and life sciences organisations ingest, harmonise (FHIR), and govern complex datasets, including de-identification and consent management, and provide contextual AI tools for clinical research, population health analytics and clinical decision support.
Our customers include specialist hospital groups, research institutions, CROs, biotech and pharmaceutical companies, and medical device manufacturers using real-world evidence to improve patient outcomes.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Embed with enterprise customers to understand their clinical, operational, and data workflows, and lead requirements gathering and elicitation directly with them
- Translate customer needs into clear, prioritised inputs for product and engineering, and back into commitments the customer can rely on
- Prototype solutions hands-on alongside engineering and product, moving quickly from a rough idea to something customers can react to
- Own delivery end to end, coordinating client-side deliverables and internal work across scope, schedule, quality, and customer outcomes
- Act as the primary point of contact for the engagement, managing stakeholders across clinical, technical, and commercial teams
- Produce and maintain the artefacts that keep complex, data-intensive engagements on track, including delivery plans, status reports, and risk and dependency logs
- Proactively manage risk, change, and dependencies, escalating early and clearly
- Help define how we run this hybrid product-and-delivery motion as we scale
Skills & Experience
Expected
- Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment, comfortable with ambiguity, evolving requirements, and a high degree of ownership
- Proven ability to gather and shape customer requirements and translate them into workable solutions
- Hands-on experience prototyping solutions in close collaboration with engineering and product teams
- Track record of managing delivery end to end and coordinating client-side deliverables to a deadline
- Strong stakeholder management across senior, clinical, technical, and commercial audiences
- Excellent organisation, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills
- Comfortable operating across both product and delivery, rather than specialising narrowly in one
- This role is open to candidates with the right to work in Australia
Desirable
- Health-tech domain experience, with a working understanding of clinical terminology and regulatory considerations
- Exposure to healthcare data standards such as FHIR, or to data transformation, harmonisation, or integration projects
- Experience in enterprise or B2B SaaS
Benefits
- Employee Share Ownership Plan (ESOP), so you share directly in the long-term success and growth of the company
- Hybrid working model, with a minimum of two days per week in our Brisbane office
- Meaningful ownership and impact in a well-funded startup entering its scale-up phase, with the opportunity to help shape our core platform from the ground up
- Clear opportunities for professional growth and progression in a fast-moving startup, with the chance to deepen ownership as the business scales
Application Process
- Initial 30-minute conversation to discuss the role, your experience, and what you're looking for
- Product and delivery focused interview or exercise, depending on background and experience
- Cultural interview
